Nathan Daniel Kiely, 20, Campus Club — underage possession/consumption of alcohol, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and obstruction of an officer.
Officers issued two traffic violation citations Tuesday.
Statesboro Police Incidents
DAIRY QUEEN — A woman said a man came to her work place and stood watching her without ordering until asked to leave. She said the move was harassment over a previous incident that took place at a local gym, where a juvenile attacked her.
STADIUM PLACE — Police responding to a call saw a man on top of a victim, who was bleeding from facial bites and a bloody nose. They arrested the aggressor and found a wallet in his pocket that was not his own. He said he found it at Southern Pines Apartments. Georgia Southern University identified the wallet owner as a student but did not have a contact number for the student.
WEST GRADY STREET — A woman said she was playing cards with her boyfriend and another man when she dropped a card. Her boyfriend became angry and punched her in the ear, causing an abrasion.
EAGLE COURT APARTMENTS — A man said he heard a crash and went outside to see a woman standing beside his car, which had a cracked wind shield. The woman left but reappeared when police arrived, and fled when an officer approached her. She threatened him and cursed at him, and ended up being arrested.
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
BURKHALTER ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said her son stole a debit card from her purse.
SHAW ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported a .45 semi-automatic assault gun, a .223 caliber assault rifle, a .45 semi-automatic pistol and a 9 millimeter semi-automatic pistol stolen from his home.
LINDSAY COURT — (Statesboro) A woman said her husband grabbed her by the throat and shoved her, breaking a window with his fist.
