Statesboro Police Arrests     
    Jeffrey Page Cobb, 34, Inman Lane — domestic violence battery.
    Wamikea Lafawn Mikell, 34, Inman Lane — domestic violence aggravated assault with a knife.
    Rojelio Martinez, 32, Cody Lane, Brooklet — driving while unlicensed.
    Jesus Basquez, 24, Cody Lane, Brooklet — driving while unlicensed.
    Tiffany Lashon Reese, 27, East Main Street — second offense theft by shoplifting.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests    
    Roderick Damon Roberts, 32, Waynesboro Highway, Sylvania — probation violation.
    David Lynn Edwards Jr., 18, Bream Road — criminal trespass.
    Clifford Jerome Oliver Jr., 45, U.S. 301 South, Register — simple battery, disorderly conduct.
            
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     Information unavailable due to transitional issues at Georgia State Patrol Post 45. GSP officials said the problem will be corrected soon.
                 
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      Officers issued three traffic citations Wednesday.
         
Statesboro Police Incidents    
    CARMEL DRIVE — A man called police when he saw someone trying to break into his car.  The offenders failed in their attempt and fled in a  dark colored car.
    RITE AID — A pharmacist became suspicious regarding a man trying to have a prescription for Dilaudin filled. He called the doctor, to learn  the prescription was forged - and the man fled while he was on the phone.
    SOUTHERN VILLAS — A man said someone pried a door open and took collectible ball caps, clothes, a video game and Ipod from his home.
    OAKLEAF DRIVE — A juvenile playing with a lighter set some pine straw and shrubs on fire, slightly damaging a home. His mother agreed to pay for the damages.
    BERMUDA RUN APARTMENTS — A man said someone broke in through a window and stole an Xbox power cord.
    WAL-MART — A woman was charged with second offense shoplifting after she took manicure items without paying for them.
    GARDEN DISTRICT — A complainant reported the theft of a vehicle side mirror.
    HARVEYS — A manager said an employee admitted stealing $200 from a register to pay an overdue phone bill. The act was caught on video as well.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    SHUMAN ROAD — (Brooklet)  Deputies arrested a man after a domestic violence incident.
    BUCKINGHAM COURT — (Statesboro) A man told deputies another man  threatened to sue him over an unpaid $200 debt to a landscape company.
    WOLF PEN LANE — (Statesboro) A woman said her estranged husband, from whom she is divorcing, calls and threatens to kill her.
    In a separate incident a man told deputies someone stole a tanning bed and he suspected his ex-wife. The woman told deputies her ex-husband sold the tanning bed.
    BURKHALTER ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said a man and juvenile painted her home over the weekend and took a bottle of pain pills from her home.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents

Georgia Southern University Incidents
     Officers issued five traffic warnings and assisted three motorists Wednesday.
    NURSING/CHEMISTRY BUILDING — Someone reported the theft of a  book bag.
    RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — A bag was reportedly taken from the building.
    BRANNEN HALL — Someone reported a portable stereo was taken from a vehicle.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 12 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 33 calls
    University Police Department — three calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — three calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — 16 calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — four calls.
        
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Wednesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — three.
    Metter Fire Department — one call.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one accident call, one fire call and six medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS —  eight medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — four medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed two calls to Bulloch Humane Enforcement, two calls to the Evans County coroner, a call to Bulloch County First Responders, a call to Effingham County 911, a call to Emanuel County 911 an a call to Screven County 911.
