Bulloch County Commissioners are expected to decide Tuesday whether to approve or deny a local man’s rezoning request for a sizable property that could one day become an industrial park near Interstate 16 and Hwy. 67, near the Bulloch County and Bryan County line in southern Bulloch. Dan Bradley, doing business as GA I-16 Bulloch LLC, wants to rezone 4,682 acres near Owens Road and Old Donaldson School Road from Agricultural and Residential (AG-5) to Light Industrial (LII.) He submitted a second request after withdrawing the first after initial denial by the Bulloch County Planning & Zoning Board. His second request was recommended for denial, too.
