ä LUNCH & Learn Program, “Basic Birding,” will be presented Friday, noon–1 p.m., at The Heritage Pavilion at the Botanic Garden at Georgia Southern University, Bland Avenue. ä MEMORIAL SERVICE and Wreath Laying will be held Saturday at the Confederate Monument on the Bulloch County Courthouse Square beginning at 10 a.m. with William Bowers, historian and author, as speaker. Held in observance of Confederate History and Heritage Month. Conducted by Ogeechee Rifles Camp #941, Sons of Confederate Veterans.
