A man suspected of stealing items and pawning them faces burglary charges. Donnie Chad Hendrix, 40, of Womack Road East in Portal, was charged Friday with first-degree burglary (felony) and theft by taking firearm, said Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson. A Harold Howell Road resident reported the burglary Thursday, and a witness told deputies about seeing a suspicious vehicle in the victim’s driveway, he said.
