A local business, 180 Fitness will present “Bubbles in the Boro,” its first 5K fundraiser race, on Saturday, Oct. 19 at Georgia Southern University’s Recreation Activity Center Pavilion. The race will showcase thousands of bubbles along the race track and throughout the event. All proceeds from this year’s race will benefit Alma Freeman, a Bulloch County wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend who is battling cancer.
