Statesboro native Brannen Smith has joined Farmers & Merchants Bank, Bulloch County's only locally owned and directed bank as vice president of Commercial Lending. Smith brings with him 11 years of experience in the banking industry. Smith said: "Having grown up in the Boro, I'm proud to join a bank that's been working to build Bulloch County my whole life, and long before."
