A 2-year-old boy suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries Saturday after being struck by a vehicle. The child was airlifted to Savannah as a precaution, however, according to Georgia State Patrol Post 45 reports. Around 5:19 p.m. Saturday, the child was walking near the roadway on Highway 80 near Roscoe Laircey Road when he stepped out into traffic, reports stated.
