Statesboro police arrested two men this week in connection with a series of acts of vandalism in and around Gentilly Road. Justin Nasworthy, 18, of Swainsboro, and Jeffery Tanner, 19, of Granade Street, were arrested Thursday after police began investigating the property damage incidents, Statesboro Public Safety Director Wendell Turner said in a Friday news release. Advanced Patrol Officer Justin Gawthrop responded to a Nov. 16 citizen complaint that a mailbox had been damaged on South Edgewood Drive.
