Less than 24 hours after a man was shot at a local apartment complex, Statesboro police investigators arrested two suspects. Around 8 p.m. Monday, police responded to Foxridge Apartments, where they found Jonathan Barnes, of Pooler, "who had been shot in the pelvic area," Statesboro Public Safety Director Wendell Turner said. Barnes was taken to the hospital with injuries not considered to be life-threatening, Turner said.
