Dr. and Mrs. Andy Robbins of Evans, Ga., and Dr. Angie Robbins of Kennesaw, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Alicia Valentine, to Aden Cooper Fields of Nunez, Ga., son of Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Sammons of Nunez and Mr. Mike Fields of Portal, Ga.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. C.W. Barger of Rome, Ga., and Mr. James Robbins and the late Mrs. Sara Robbins of Dallas, Ga. A graduate of Greenbrier High School, she received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kennesaw State University and is presently seeking a degree in pharmacy.
    The future groom is the grandson of Mrs. Marie Anderson of Nunez and the late Mr. Clyde Anderson and Mrs. Mary Helen Fields of Swainsboro, Ga., and the late Mr. John Fields. He is a 2002 graduate of Swainsboro High School and attended Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, Ga. Mr. Fields is the owner/operator of CF Cattle Works in Nunez.
    The wedding is planned for May 17, 2014, at 7:30 p.m. at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Sammons in Nunez. A reception will immediately follow at the same location.
