Mr. and Mrs. Ronald C. Taylor of Greenville, N.C., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Alexandria Marise Taylor, to Drew Cameron Cheshire, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Cheshire of Statesboro, Ga.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Nicole Adams and the late Mr. Allen Adams of Greenville and Mrs. Donna Taylor and the late Mr. Robert Taylor of Garner, N.C., and the great-granddaughter of Mrs. Marise Covington of Rockingham, N.C. Ms. Taylor is an honor graduate of D.H. Conley High School and received her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in public relations from East Carolina University.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of Dr. and Mrs. H.R. "Bill" Cheshire of Statesboro and the late Mr. and Mrs. King C. Timmons of College Park, Ga. Mr. Cheshire is an honor graduate of Bulloch Academy and received his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in multimedia communication from Georgia Southern University.
    The wedding will take place in early November at St. Timothy's Chapel in Greenville.
