Mr. and Mrs. Robert Christopher Page

    Katie Melissa Stringer and Robert Christopher Page were united in marriage on Saturday, July 10, 2010, at Beaver Creek Plantation in Twin City, Georgia. Dr. Stewart Moody officiated.
    The bride is the daughter of Jappy and Emily Stringer of Statesboro, Ga. She is the granddaughter of Margaret Woods and the late Shelton Waters of Brooklet, Ga., and Betty Stringer and the late Bobby Stringer of Statesboro.
    The groom is the son of Holly Page and Lee Page of Swainsboro, Ga. He is the grandson of Holland Hairr of Wrens, Ga., and Virginia Hairr of Wadley, Ga., and the late Robert Lee "Froggy" and Eudell Page of Swainsboro.
    The bride was given in marriage by her father, Jappy Stringer. She chose Kristen Bradley of Statesboro as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jodi Akins of Statesboro, Megan Brannen of Tifton and Jaykn Jennings of Dawson, Georgia. Junior bridesmaid was Samantha Page of Twin City, Ga., niece of the groom. The flower girl was Chris and Katie's Great Dane dog, "Allie". Honorary bridesmaids were Anna Kyle Shealy, Lindsay Isbell, Laurie Marsh, Linda Freeman and Brittani Kelley.
    The groom chose his father, Lee Page, as best man. Groomsmen included Scotty Page of Swainsboro, groom's brother; Jason Stringer of Savannah, bride's brother; Matt Blackburn of Garfield and Marc Beasley of Metter, Ga. The ring bearer was Grayson Akins of Statesboro.
    A reception was hosted by the bride's parents following the ceremony inside Beaver Creek Plantation Lodge. Betsy Riner of Statesboro directed the wedding with Trish Tootle as wedding coordinator.
    The couple honeymooned in Charleston, South Carolina, and currently resides in Statesboro, Ga.
