Craig and Janet Mercer and Leslie Bush, all of Atlanta, Georgia, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Morgan Christine Mercer, to Charles Bradley “Chas” Shiels Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bradley Shiels of Statesboro. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Dawley of Oak Island, North Carolina, and Mr. and Mrs. John Wesson of Greenville, South Carolina. Morgan received a BS in mechanical engineering from Georgia Southern University in 2016.
