Mr. and Mrs. Ozell Lawrence of Portal, Ga., plan to celebrate their 57th wedding anniversary on April 13, 2014. The couple was married April 13, 1957, in Statesboro/Bulloch County, Ga. They have five children — Joyce (Anthony) Simmons of Statesboro; Rozell (Jacquelyn) Lawrence of Portal; Jessie (Margie) Lawrence and Jerry (Cindy) Lawrence, all of Statesboro; and Connie Lawrence of Portal — and 13 grandchildren. The children will host a family anniversary dinner in Savannah on Saturday, April 19, 2014, at 4 p.m.
