Mr. and Mrs. Keith J. Colgan of Statesboro, Georgia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Lynn Colgan of Statesboro, Ga., to Mr. Victor Maxwell Roswell Lee, son of Dr. and Mrs. Roswell Lee.
    The bride-elect is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with degrees in Public Relations and Business Marketing. She is currently a freelance publicist and works part-time at Party Impressions.
    The groom-elect is a graduate of Florida International University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in International Business. He is currently employed with Lee's Tackle in Wilmington, N.C.
    The couple has planned to wed on January 22, 2011, at 4 o'clock in Savannah, Ga.
