Olivia Anne, daughter of Debra W. Chester of Statesboro and the late Dr. Steve Chester, and Nicholas Charles, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Russell Rozelle of Statesboro, announce their engagement.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Barbara Warren of Snellville, Georgia, and Mr. and Mrs. Gary L. Wisener of Tybee Island, Georgia. Olivia is a 2009 honor graduate of Statesboro High School and received her Bachelor of Arts from Queens University of Charlotte, where she also was a member of the Women’s Cross Country Team. Olivia received the master of occupational therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Science in 2016 and has since been employed by The Therapy Spot in Statesboro as a master occupational therapist. Olivia plans to begin studies for the OTD Occupational Therapy doctorate program from the University of St. Augustine this spring.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Charles Lee Howard of Statesboro and the late Jean Elizabeth Howard and Mr. and Mrs. George Drew Rozelle of Evans, Georgia. Nick is a 2009 honor graduate of Statesboro High School and a 2013 honor graduate of the University of Georgia Franklin College of Arts and Sciences in Chemistry. Nick is enrolled in the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy as a candidate for a doctor of pharmacy degree. He is currently vice president of Finance for the American Pharmacist Association for the UGA campus and has been elected 2021 graduating class president.

The couple is planning a May wedding.
