Mr. and Mrs. Ike Webb of Twin City announce the engagement of their daughter, Alice St. Clair Webb, to Mark Edward Collins of Bluffton, S.C. The future groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John H. Collins and the late June Collins of Bluffton, S.C.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Dr. C. Denton Johnson and the late Alice Johnson of Columbus, Ga., and the late Mr. and Mrs. I.J. Webb of Twin City. Miss Webb is a 2002 honor graduate of Metter High School and is a 2006 graduate of Georgia Southern University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in public relations.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Hooks of Metter and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Collins of Metter. He is a 2001 honor graduate of Metter High School. He is the co-owner of Quality Painting Service in Bluffton, S.C.
The wedding is planned for October 6, 2007, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon at Beaver Creek Plantation in Twin City.
