The groom-elect is is the nephew of Dr. Fred Richter of Statesboro. Casey attended Georgia Southern University and Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Fla. He is the head tennis professional at the Florida Yacht Club in Jacksonville, Fla.
The couple has planned to wed on March 16th, 2009, at 7 p.m. in Captiva Island, Fla.
