Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stephens of Hinesville announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelley Denise Stephens, to A. Ryan Burns, son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew A. Burns of Statesboro.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Mel Stephens of Kingsland, Ga., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lucas Viloria of Tamuning, Guam. Miss Stephens is a 2002 graduate of Georgia Southern University, where she received her BS in early childhood education. She is also a 2006 graduate of Armstrong Atlantic State University with an AS in dental hygiene. Miss Stephens is currently employed as a dental hygienist at Lake Oconee Dentistry.
Mr. Burns is the grandson of Mr. Alonza L. Burns of Kildare, Ga., and Mrs. Maude Burns of Statesboro and Mrs. and Mrs. Alfred H. Whitener of Brunswick. Mr. Burns is a 2003 graduate of Georgia College and State University, where he received his BS in Business Management with a minor in Banking and Finance. Mr. Burns is currently employed with First Southern National Bank in Statesboro as a banking officer.
The wedding is planned for April 26, 2008, at Lake Oconee, Ga.
