Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy and Lori Nessmith of Stilson announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie Nessmith of Brooklet, to Jared Wilson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert and Frankie Wilson.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Jeanette Frick of Thomson, Ga., and the late Mr. James Nessmith and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy and Gladys DeLoach. She is a 2008 graduate of Southeast Bulloch High School and is attending Ogeechee Technical College. Katie is employed at Medical Center Pharmacy.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe and Eva Watson and the late Roy and Leola Wilson. He is a 2004 graduate of Ogeechee Tech and is employed at Franklin Chevrolet Dealership.
The couple has planned to wed on April 25, 2009, at 5 p.m. at the Leefield Baptist Church in Brooklet.
No local invitations are being sent. All friends and relatives are invited to attend the ceremony and the reception to immediately follow in the social hall of the church.
