Mr. and Mrs. Norman Morris and Don and Priscilla Scott of Nevils, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Morris of Statesboro, Ga., to Jack “Raleigh” Waters II, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jack R. Waters and the late LaTrelle V. Banks.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Geneva Morris and Bruce Morris and the late Silas Morris and Rita Morris and is the great-granddaughter of Luther and Myrtie Lott and Henry and Flossy Futch. She is a 2002 graduate of Southeast Bulloch High School and is currently employed at Franklin Toyota.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Harold and Martha Thompson, Thomas and Pearla Mae Banks and Jack Waters and is the great-grandson of Raleigh and Leila Clark. He is a 1989 graduate of Southeast Bulloch High School and is owner of Waters II Properties, LLC.
The couple has planned to wed on April 25, 2009, at 4 o’clock at the home of the groom, located at 412 Sable Lane in Statesboro.
