Stephanie Paige Miller, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Miller of Statesboro, Ga., became the bride of Jarrod Malcolm Lee, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Blake of Nevils, Ga., and Mr. Rodney Lee of Nevils, on March 15, 2008, at 4 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church in Statesboro. Pastor Michael Newman performed the double-ring ceremony.
Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Roy Keel of Statesboro and Mr. and Mrs. E.W. Miller of Portal, Ga. Grandparents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. C.L. Futch of Nevils and the late Mr. and Mrs. R.W. Lee of Brooklet and Mr. and Mrs. Woody Woods of Register, Ga.
Music was provided by Monica Lanier and a solo was provided by Ken Deal.
The bride, given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, wore a diamond white strapless A-line gown featuring a split back. The bodice and chapel train featured a beaded metallic embroidery. Her elbow-length scalloped-edged white veil was accented with pearls and crystals and attached to a rhinestone and pearl headpiece. She carried a diamond white satin-wrapped bouquet of white and pink roses.
Kayla Canady of Nevils served as the maid of honor and Shawn Lee of Nevils served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Brandi Morris of Valdosta, Ga., Amanda Smith and Rachel Williams of Statesboro, cousins of the bride.
The attendants wore floor-length style strapless fuschia gowns made of satin. They carried clutch bouquets of white calla lilies.
Allison Mackenzie Miller of Statesboro and Brooke Skyler Lee of Nevils served as flowers girls. They wore white satin A-line dresses. They carried small white baskets with rose petals.
Johnny Lee of Nevils, brother of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Brad Miller of Statesboro, brother of the bride; Ricky Canady of Nevils, cousin of the groom; and Hendrick Rogers of Nevils.
Laine Miller of Statesboro and C.L. Lee of Nevils served as the ring bearers.
Ashley Conner of Statesboro presented the ceremony programs.
Following the ceremony, the bride's parents hosted a reception in the Friendship Baptist Church social hall.
