Mr. David Alan McMillan and Mrs. Donna Becton McMillan of Millen, Ga., are honored to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Ann McMillan, to Brantley Rawls Neville, son of retired Lt. Col. Eugene Jr. and Mrs. Eugene Ottis Neville Jr. of Statesboro, Ga.
The bride-elect is the maternal granddaughter of Mrs. Gloria McBride Becton and the late Mr. Dean Becton of Millen, Ga., and is the paternal granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Alex McMillan of Millen, Ga. Ms. McMillan graduated with honors from Jenkins County High School. She graduated, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science and Master's degrees from Georgia Southern University in Early Childhood Education. Kimberly is currently employed by Jenkins County Board of Education as an academic facilitator.
The groom-elect is the maternal grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Wayne Parrish of Statesboro, Ga., and is the paternal grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Ottis Neville Sr. of Statesboro, Ga. Mr. Neville is a graduate of Bulloch Academy. He received a Bachelor of Science in Health and Professional Studies from Georgia Southern University. Rawls is currently employed by Four Corners Farms of Register, Ga., as operations manager.
The couple has planned to marry on March 20, 2010, at First United Methodist Church, Statesboro, Ga.
