The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rex L. Waters of Pembroke and Betty Ray Hendrix and the late Rufus O. Hendrix of Statesboro. She is a 1994 graduate of Statesboro High School and is a 2003 graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in early childhood education. She is currently employed as a teacher at Mill Creek Elementary School.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Kermit Williams of Statesboro and Jerona Morris and the late Mr. Glen Morris of Statesboro. He is a 1998 graduate of Statesboro High School and is a 2006 graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in management. He is currently employed as an engineer at Bulloch Telephone Cooperative.
The couple has planned to wed on June 14, 2008, at 6 p.m. at the Statesboro Primitive Baptist Church.
