Mrs. Vonnie Fair announces the engagement of her daughter, Yolanda Latrice Fair, to Anthony Eugene Mincey, son of Bessie and Robert Mincey of Statesboro.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Artice Rozier and the late Mr. and Mrs. Talmage Mincey of Statesboro. He is a 2001 graduate of Statesboro High School. He is currently employed at Franklin Chevrolet in Statesboro.
The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late George Fair. She is the goddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Jimmy Henry of Glennville and is the granddaughter of Daisy Littles of Statesboro, Willie Littles of Jacksonville, Fla., and Aretha Fair of Glennville and the late Mr. York Fair. Miss Fair is a 2002 graduate of Tattnall County High School and is currently a senior at Brewton-Parker College, pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. She is currently employed at Glennville Elementary School as a paraprofessional. She also attends the St. Paul Baptist Church in Register.
A spring wedding is planned for Saturday, April 5, 2008, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon at St. Paul Baptist Church in Register. A reception will follow at Snella's Place in Statesboro.
