Mr. and Mrs. John Wayne Anderson and Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Anderson of Statesboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Mindy Deanna Anderson of Statesboro, to Mitchell Brandon Davis of Brooklet, son of Ms. Kathy Davis of Statesboro and Mr. Ray Davis of Brooklet.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Hazel Anderson of Statesboro and the late W.R. Anderson of Statesboro, the late Mr. and Mrs. Charlie E. Hendrix of Metter and Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Anderson of Nevils. Mindy is a 2002 graduate of Bulloch Academy and a 2008 graduate of Ogeechee Technical College with a degree in Pharmacy Technician. She is currently employed with East Georgia Regional Medical Center.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. James E. Davis and the late Fostine Davis of Brooklet and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lanier of Statesboro. Mitchell is a 2001 graduate of Southeast Bulloch High School and a 2008 graduate of Ogeechee Technical College with a degree in Welding. He is currently employed with Davis Farms.
The couple has planned to wed on August 29th, 2009, at 6 p.m. at Brooklet United Methodist Church.
