Sea Island Bank and the Statesboro-Bulloch County Parks and Recreation Department are excited to announce the winners of the 2014 Firecracker Fest’s “Every Heart Beats True for the Red, White and Blue” coloring contest. Three local community members judged more than 450 entries last week to select this year’s winners. Drawings were chosen for first, second and third place overall as well as most creative, most colorful and most patriotic.
