    The following are among the food service establishments inspected in March and April by the Bulloch County Health Department. The department scores on a 100-percentile scale. Kitchens are inspected at least every four months and are required to post their score sheets in public. The score and selected comments from health inspectors are included in each report.     Must keep cloth buckets with correct ppm sanitizer levels. Clean and sanitize inside of ice machine. Multiple items in two walk-in coolers without discard dates. Must have 7-day discard dates. Employees need to keep personal items (pocket books, jackets) stored separate from food supplies and food contact surfaces. Cloths left out of sanitizer buckets. Keep utensils stored clean and keep utensils' handles out of product. Single-use items in storage stained (coffee filters). Makes necessary repairs on counter tops to be cleanable.
