    The following are among the food service establishments inspected in November and December by the Bulloch County Health Department. The department scores on a 100-percentile scale. Kitchens are inspected at least every four months and are required to post their score sheets in public. The score and selected comments from health inspectors are included in each report.     After coughing in hand, cooks must wash. No bare-hand contact with ready-to-eat foods. Cover all personal drinks in kitchen. Get hand towels at hand sink. Cover all food items. Clean can opener. Clean ice machine. Clean utensils. Dish machine must sanitize. Do not use until repaired. All ready-to-eat potentially-hazardous food items must have 7-day discard date. Get thermometers in all coolers. Do not store ice in 3-compartment sink. Do not store equipment in food sink. Do not store clothes on food prep counter. Store food off of floor.
