Police report -4-21-17; Deputies and a K9 partner assisted in the apprehension of a suspect.

    ▲ Marque Calvin Lenon, 22, Duffey Drive, Morrow — possession of a concealed weapon without a license.

➤ Statesboro Police Department
    ▲ Akilah Natasha Archie, 22, Highway 67 — felony theft of lost or mislaid property, giving false information, felony obstruction.
    ▲ Kari Alisha Davis, 17, Brannen Farm Road West — affray (fighting).
    ▲ Barsheen Omar Maynor, 33, Cone Homes — suspended license, improper backing.
    ▲ Omia Denise Curb, 19, Lanier Derive — affray (fighting).

➤ Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    ▲ MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — Deputies and a K9 partner assisted in the apprehension of a suspect with a gun. The man had reportedly threatened a victim with the gun and fired the weapon as he fled from police. K9 Gismo apprehended him, and he tried to grab the gun, but was subdued. He was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries before being taken to jail.
    ▲ ELDORA ROAD — An Excelsior EMC representative reported a power meter had been tampered with so it did not accurately record electricity used.
    ▲ CANTERBERRY PLACE — A man said he broke up with a woman and an argument ensued. He said she destroyed his property and struck his car with her own on purpose. The woman said he attacked her physically and kicked her car, so she damaged his in retaliation. Neither pressed charges.
    ▲ REEDY BRANCH ROAD — Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance where two people argued over a cat not being taken to the vet as scheduled.

➤ Statesboro Police Department
    ▲ LANIER DRIVE — Someone reported the following taken during a burglary: a TV valued at ($429); a gaming system ($150); controller ($40), headphones and speakers ($30), necklace ($50) and games worth $100.
    ▲ CEDARWOOD GNET SCHOOL — A student was arrested after attacking a staff member.
    ▲ VADEN NISSAN — A woman said the following were taken from her vehicle while she had it at the business to be repaired: cellphone, sunglasses, shoes, earrings, false eyelashes, jeans and a shirt.
    ▲ CAMBRIDGE AT THE PALMS APARTMENTS — Two females were arrested for fighting.

    ▲ Officers issued one traffic citation and five traffic warnings and assisted five motorists.
