Police Report - 7-17-14; A man reported observing an “indecent act” inside a red Chevrolet HHR.

    ▲ Romualdo Plancart-Arellano, 25, Windwood Road, Metter — driving without a license, expired tag.
    ▲ Ashley Batton, 21, Clinton Avenue, Hinesville — wanted person.
    ▲ Kenneth Joshua Tucker, 22, Seasons Apartments — battery.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ WALMART — A man reported around 2 p.m. Tuesday that an unknown person was seen on video picking up his teenage daughter’s prescription from the pharmacy.
    ▲ OAK STREET — A man reported around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday observing an “indecent act” inside a red Chevrolet HHR. Police met with a female who denied anything happened, and the other suspect was not on the scene when they arrived.
    ▲ SEASONS APARTMENTS — A woman told police around 7:35 p.m. Monday that a man physically attacked her, leaving visible marks. He was arrested on battery charges.
    ▲ NORTH ZETTEROWER AVENUE — A woman received a call from a Washington, D.C., number around 6 p.m. Tuesday. A caller told her she was a good taxpayer, and the government was going to reward her with $9,000, but she had to wire $360 to them first. The caller hung up when the complainant said she knew it was a scam.

    ▲ Tyler Matthew Alton, 19, Jim Futch Road, Pembroke — statutory rape.
    ▲ James Joshua, 20, Allen Circle — marijuana possession with intent to distribute, possession/use of a drug-related object.
    ▲ Elijah Jaquan Cone, 17, Lewis Street — marijuana possession with intent to distribute, possession/use of a drug-related object
    ▲ Donyah Hardaway, 18, Orange Street — marijuana possession with intent to distribute, possession/use of a drug-related object
    ▲ Zachary Darrell Floyd,, 23, Thompkin Drive — theft of lost or mislaid property, probation violation.
    ▲ John Willie Robinson II, 29, Owens Road, Pembroke — fleeing/attempt to elude, obstruction, failure to maintain lane, tag light violation, seat belt violation.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ FERNWOOD DRIVE — (Stilson) Deputies responded at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday to a residence in reference to a domestic dispute. The complainant said that during a verbal altercation with a woman, he accidentally called 911. Both the man and woman said the altercation never turned physical and that they both would leave to go to another county.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE

    ▲ None reported Tuesday.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ Officers assisted five motorists Tuesday.
    ▲ HENDERSON LIBRARY — Someone reported a man exposing himself around 1 p.m. Monday. Officers made contact with the man and took information, but made no arrest at the time. This case was turned over to Criminal Investigations. 
    ▲ ALPHA OMICRON PI HOUSE — Officers responded around 9:35 p.m. Tuesday to a fire alarm activated by a smoke detector with a low battery.
