Police Report - 7-4-14; Central 911 reported 32 hang-up calls Wednesday.

    ▲ Javontis Da’Shawn Powell, 21, Rucker Lane — wanted person.
    ▲ Jamahl Baker, 21, Zachary Court, Hinesville — failure to dim headlights, suspended license.
    ▲ Tyler Christian Collins, 20, West Mica Court — wanted person, criminal trespass.
    ▲ Jose Antonio Ortega, 30, U.S. Highway 25 — wanted person, driving without a license, seat belt violation.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ JOHN’S PLACE — Police arrested a man around 9 p.m. Wednesday after he damaged a window, snatched wires out of an air conditioner, then plugged the bare wires into a wall socket in order to light a cigarette.

    ▲ Information on Wednesday’s and Thursday’s arrests and incidents will appear Saturday.

    ▲ Dominique Shawn Swope, 21, Citronelle Drive, Woodstock — seat belt violation, criminal trespass. 
    ▲ Branden Andre Thomas, 24, College Street — aggravated stalking.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ Officers issued two traffic warnings and assisted one motorist Wednesday.

    ▲ Candler County Sheriff’s Department — six calls.

    ▲ Evans County Sheriff’s Department —  four calls.
    ▲ Georgia State Patrol — nine calls.
    ▲ Metter Police Department — four calls.
    ▲ Statesboro Police Department — 43 calls.

➤ Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Wednesday:
    ▲ Statesboro Fire Department — four calls. 
    ▲ Metter Fire Department — two calls.

➤ Emergency Medical Service Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Wednesday:
    ▲ Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls, two first-responder calls, one rescue call and 19 medical calls.
    ▲ Candler County EMS — three medical calls.
    ▲ Evans County EMS — one accident call and  three medical calls.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Wednesday:
