A bridge on Pulaski Highway will be closed today for repairs after an 18-wheeler flipped over and destroyed part of the bridge's railings. Georgia State Patrol Trooper First-Class Blake Hendrix said driver Jeffrey Moore, 30, Santee, SC was driving east Tuesday afternoon around 2:45 p.m. , approaching the bridge near Brannen Lake Road, when he ran off the road and struck the bridge embankment.
