Thursday's first guest on the "Mornings UnPHILtered" show was Shauna Swain from the Ogeechee Technical College Cosmetology Department. OTC currently offers both a Cosmetic Esthetician Certificate and a Cosmetology Diploma and the program is approved by the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology.
