The Statesboro City Council has called a special meeting for 10 this morning to seek a temporary permit for mobile dwelling units that will reside at 13 Grady Johnson Road, specifically Johnson's Mobile Court.
After a brief executive session during a special called meeting Tuesday evening, Bulloch County Commissioners voted to file a lawsuit against a local developer and his partner.
