First Bulloch baby of 2008

East Georgia Regional Medical Center said the first baby of the New Year – Zohaib Randhawa – was born at 10:49 a.m. on January 1, 2008 to Asmara Tarar and Majid Randhawa of Statesboro. The New Year's baby arrived weighing 6 lbs., 15 oz. and measuring 20" in length. East Georgia Regional Medical Center provided the family with a complimentary gift bag with baby necessities and gifts.
