'Help is Here Express' stopping in Statesboro to help residents with prescriptions

The "Help is Here Express" bus tour will be in Statesboro Saturday, stopping at the Statesboro Regional Library from 10-11 a.m. to assist uninsured residents find programs that provide prescription medicines for free or nearly free.

GSU gets $25,000 AT&T grant

(NYSE:T), recently awarded Georgia Southern University a $25,000 environmental research grant and designated Dr. Wei Tu an AT&T Faculty Fellow in Industrial Ecology. Statesboro woman pleads guilty in husband's death

Katrina Denise Ledford's jury selection is scheduled for Tuesday, and her trial is scheduled for July 8, in the killing of her mother's husband, Michael Anthony Riley.
