Bulloch grand jury clears two men facing rape charges

Two men charged with rape in August have been cleared by a Bulloch County grand jury. Charges against Quentin Antonio Young, 21, Chandler Road, and Jermaine Denardo Thomas, 20, G. W. Oliver Spur, were dropped, said a spokesman for the Ogeechee Judicial Circuit District Attorney's Office.
