The sky is the limit for Liberty County's first annual Salute the Troops Air Show this weekend.
Statesboro's First United Methodist Church will soar with voices honed an ocean away Monday night. The Hope For Africa Children's Choir will perform a concert at 7 p.m. in the church sanctuary.
Starting June 16, the Averitt Center for the Arts and the Betty Foy Sanders Department of Art will be teaming up to offer three young artist summer programs. Entitled Summer Studios, the classes will give students from the first through 12th grade an opportunity at hands-on artistic training at Georgia Southern University art facilities.
