Police make third arrest in shooting

Statesboro Police made a third arrest Friday in connection to a shooting incident that happened Tuesday, but are still seeking 17-year-old Dante Ravon Williams, who police said is one of two suspects who actually fired shots. One victim, a 15-year-old, remains in critical condition after suffering multiple gunshot wounds. Friday, police charged Reginald Kentay Hagins, 18, Harvey Wilson Road, Portal, with participation in criminal street gang activity, aggravated battery and two counts of aggravated assault, said Capt. Scott Brunson.
