Man killed in single vehicle accident

A man was killed early Thursday morning when a truck in which he was a passenger struck a culvert. The driver of the vehicle remains in critical condition, according to Bulloch County Coroner Jake Futch.

GBI seizes records at Bulloch Clerk of Courts office

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation executed a search warrant Friday at the Bulloch County Clerk of Courts office, spending the day gathering records and data in order to investigate allegations of "possible misappropriation of funds," said Micah Ward, GBI special agent-in charge of the Statesboro office.
