Man holds gun on wife, mother-in-law

A Screven County man who tested positive for methamphetamines held his wife and mother-in-law at gunpoint Thursday before turning himself in after a three-hour manhunt. The wife also was charged with methamphetamine possession, Screven County Sheriff Mike Kile said.
