Dr. Gott 1225

DEAR DR. GOTT: I am 5 feet 6 inches tall and weigh 120 pounds. I am a very active 73-year-old. I take Centrum Silver once a day, niacin and omega 3 twice a day. My problem is I have a fat stomach. I have tried sit-ups and leg lifts with no help. I was told stress causes this. I have been under a lot of stress, as my husband died very suddenly. It has left me with a lot of decisions to make alone. Is there any way I can get rid of the fat stomach?
