Statesboro Police Arrests
   
     Paul Blake Whitfield, 20, Hawthorne II — DUI, improper turn.
    Joyce Rita Sparks Wilson, 48, Hendrix Circle —  wanted person.
    Rishawn Denarld Garrett, 26, East Olliff Street — driving with a suspended license.
    William Jacob Murrah II, 24, Breakneck Circle, Ft. Stewart — DUI.
    Jungho Uh, 27, Prince Royal Lane, Savannah — DUI, failure to maintain lane.
    Luis Linares Mariano, 28, Fair Road  — failure to yield, DUI.
    Shane Everett Smith, 21, Timberland Pointe — improper starting, DUI, marijuana possession.
    Candice Lynn Taylor, 27, Donehoo Street — obstruction, simple battery, DUI.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued eight traffic violation citations Tuesday.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
     Jeremy Maynard Advincula, 18,  Chandler Road — underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
         Justin Lee Bush, 19,  Olliff Hall — DUI and laying drag.
         Jason Taliaferro Shy, 21,  Bermuda Run — possession of a weapon in a school safety zone and violation of the noise ordinance.
          Officers issued one traffic citation Tuesday.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    FRANKLIN TOYOTA — A woman said someone took a radar detector from a vehicle.
    DURDEN RENTALS — A man said he was operating an excavator when his head struck a lever, causing the excavator arm to swing into the roadway and strike a vehicle.
    SOUTH COLLEGE STREET — A man told police he was concerned about the living conditions of his juvenile daughters, who  live with their mother. He was advised to go to the Department of Family and Children Services.
    PROCTOR/MORRIS STREETS — A woman told police some unknown persons struck her car with eggs, and struck her juvenile son in the head with an egg, which also splattered the car. Moments later, police found two juveniles, who threw away eggs they had in their hands when they saw the officers. The two were charged with littering.
    COLLEGE VUE APARTMENTS — A woman said her boyfriend struck her, chipping three teeth, during an argument over something her dog did.
    RUM RUNNERS — A man said someone in an Incredible Hulk costume struck him in the head, causing an eye injury.
    LITTLE LOTTS CREEK APARTMENTS — A woman said someone tampered with her cable wires.
    MIGHTY MIKE'S #40 — (North Main Street) A clerk said a woman she knows took a pack of cigarettes and two beers without paying.
    ROGERS COURT — A woman said an unknown person threw eggs at her house, bus and vehicle.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    BEE BEE ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said his brother is harassing him because he is living in their deceased mother's  house, which is part of her estate that is currently involved in a court case.
    J. C. CANNADY ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said his son took $5,000 from his safe, and that he had found a bag of suspected marijuana and items used to smoke it in the boy's room. The boy admitted he took the money and said he spent it on marijuana and smoking devices.
    LOCKETT DRIVE — (Register) A woman said a man walks through her yard, throwing down trash and making comments to her in spite of being told not to be on her property. She said he threatened her and had a small gun when he did so.
    EMIT GROVE ROAD — (Nevils) A man said he heard knocking and opened the door to see a man pointing a gun. Deputies noted a Halloween figure on the porch and asked if that was what the man had seen, and he said no.
    HODGES CIRCLE — (Statesboro) A man said his former girlfriend came to his home and caused a disturbance because he stopped paying her phone bill.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 45 warnings, assisted two motorists and investigated one crash with no reported injuries Tuesday.
    BULLOCH COUNTY — During the month of October, troopers from Georgia State Patrol Post 45 investigated 86 traffic crashes resulting in 51 injuries and one fatality.
    Troopers also issued 316 traffic citations, including 10 DUI arrests, 161 speeding tickets, 48 seat belt violations and five child restraint violations.
    Troopers issued 545 warnings and conducted five safety education presentations.
    EVANS COUNTY — During the month of October, troopers from Georgia State Patrol Post 45 investigated five traffic crashes resulting in five injuries.
    Troopers also issued 70 traffic citations, including two DUI arrests, 21 speeding tickets, 17 seat belt violations and two child restraint violations.
    Troopers also issued 100 warnings.
    CANDLER COUNTY — During the month of October, troopers from Georgia State Patrol Post 45 investigated 14 traffic crashes resulting in 11 injuries and one fatality.
    Troopers also issued 104 traffic citations, including four DUI arrests, 63 speeding tickets, nine seat belt violations and one child restraint violation.
    Troopers also issued 99 warnings.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Someone reported a fight.
         RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — Someone reported a student I.D. card was taken from the building.
         Officers issued two traffic warnings,  investigated three traffic accidents, assisted 13 motorists and  responded to two fire alarms Tuesday.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department - seven calls.
     Statesboro Police Department — 23 calls.
    University Police — one call.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — two calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — four calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department —  one call.
    
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — four calls.
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — two calls.
    Metter Fire Department — two calls.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls and five medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — two  medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — four medical calls.
