    Gregory Jerome Sapp,34, S. Masonic Street, Millen — entering auto.
    John Stanford Nesmith, 37, Memory Lane — no tag, no license, no proof of insurance.
    Michael Lee McElveen Jr., 29, Tonya's Lane, Pembroke — theft of services, suspended registration, felony theft by taking.
    George Rynelder Sabb IV, 19, George Sabb Road — criminal trespass.
    Gabrielle Caron Smith, 23, Lanier Drive — battery (family violence).
    Richard John Green, 41, Pleasant Hill Church Road, Ellabell — state court bench warrant.
    Damoniquez Jerrell Tippins, 21, Moore Road Mobile Home Park, Portal — carrying a concealed weapon.
    James Lewis Davis, 38, Tree Mount Road, Savannah — DUI, license plate with intent to conceal, superior court probation violation.
    James Allen Sneed Jr., 41, North College Street — driving with a suspended license, failure to appear in Brooklet Police court, state court probation violation.
    Devin Antone McDaniel, 29, Simmons Road — driving with a suspended license.
    Mary Kay Thompson, 28, Dry Branch Village — felony theft by  taking.
    Seth Martin Myers, 29, Dry Branch Village — felony theft by taking.
    Wayne Jerome Jackson, 24, Honeycutt Drive — DUI, driving with a suspended license, speeding.
    Randy Demetris Perkins, 27, Poplar Street — driving with a suspended license, DUI, obstruction, failure to maintain lane.
    Jason Mathias, 24, Marvin Avenue — no driver's license, failure to maintain lane.
    Charles Edward Strohecker, 19, Statesboro Place — DUI, underage possession of alcohol.
    Edwin Quintero, 28, Cindy Lane — DUI, no license, expired tag, improper U-turn, impeding traffic flow.
    Linda Ann Thomas, 48, Spell Mincey Road, Portal — obstruction of an officer, disorderly conduct, simple battery.
    Lakelvn Demarcus Neal, 20, Lockett Drive, Register — criminal trespass, simple battery.

    Christopher Stanley Woods, 42, South Grady Street, Portal — DUI.

    Troopers issued five traffic violation citations Monday.

Statesboro Police Incidents

Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    DRY BRANCH VILLAGE — (Register) A man was arrested for tampering with an electrical meter to steal electricity service without paying.
    OWL DRIVE — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of a blank check from his residence.
    WOODSHOLE CIRCLE — (Statesboro) A woman said someone took a gold and diamond ring from her home.
    LUNDY MOBILE HOME PARK — (Statesboro) A man told deputies someone entered his home through a window and took a 16 gauge shotgun.
    EMIT DEAL ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said his ex-wife refused to allow his father to pick up his children for visitation.
    KENNEDY BRIDGE ROAD — (Register) A man reported an automobile break-in and said someone stole a 12 gauge shotgun. However, the complainant was in a highly intoxicated state, according to deputy's reports, and he was able to gather any specific information about the reported burglary.    
    NORTH JACKSON ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said she heard someone turn her doorknob and when she looked outside, saw a man walking away. Deputies did not locate the offender.
                                                     
Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
    Troopers issued two warnings, assisted three motorists, and investigated four crashes resulting in no reported injuries.

    No incidents reported.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 11 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 35 calls.
    University Police Department — one call.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — five calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — four calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — one  call.
    Claxton Police Department — one  call.
    
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — one call.
    Metter Fire Department — two calls.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following call Monday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one accident call and six medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — four medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — one medical call.    
    Central 911 operators also routed two calls to the Georgia Forestry Commission, a call to Bulloch County First Responders and a call to Emanuel County.
