    Sharon Holloway Sowards of Bluffton, S.C., and Mr. and Mrs. Gary and Sarah Sowards of Chelsea, Ala., announce the engagement of their daughter, Susannah Lynn Gooding, to Keary Don Cuebas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Billy and Vicki Lewis of North Augusta, Ga., and Mr. and Mrs. Jose and Tommette Cuebas of Warner Robins, Ga.
    The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late C.D. Holloway and the late Myrtle Estelle Holloway of Elba, Ala., and the late R.B. Sowards of Texarkana, Texas, and Eula Lee Sowards of Montgomery, Ala. She is a 2005 graduate of Georgia Southern University, where she earned a B.S. in marketing. Susannah is a real estate agent with Ansley-Lanier Realtors in Statesboro as well as an independent consultant with Arbonne International.
    The future groom is the grandson of A.R. Outler Jr. and the late Hilda Outler of Augusta and Roberto Cuebas and the late Aurea Cuebas of Augusta. After five years of service in the United States Navy and working as an ASE certified diesel technician for six years, Keary is currently pursuing a B.S. in logistics and inter modal transportation at Georgia Southern University.
    The wedding will take place on December 8, 2007, at five o’clock in the evening at the Robbins Nest in Statesboro, where the reception will immediately follow.
    No local invitations will be sent. Friends are invited.
    The couple will make their home in Statesboro.
