    ▲ Ralph Thomas Matheny II, 30, Peachtree Street, Wrens — DUI (refused test), improper use of center lane.
    ▲ Marshell Lee, 23, Johnson Lane — wanted person.
    ▲ Anthony Judon Everett, 21, Little Lotts Creek Apartments — wanted person.
    ▲ Denna Marie Hayward, 33, Brittney Lane, Sylvania — suspended license, seat belt violation.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ COLLEGE WALK APARTMENTS — A woman who ingested an unknown medication was taken to the hospital for treatment around 8:45 p.m. Wednesday.

BULLOCH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
➤ Arrests
    ▲ James Leonard Wilson, 35, Dry Branch Village — simple battery, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, third-degree cruelty to children.
    ▲ Elton Clayton McNamar, 35, Cedarwood Acres Mobile Home Park — public intoxication.
    ▲ Shane Michael Barr, 22, U.S. Highway 80, Portal — probation violation.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ DRY BRANCH VILLAGE — Deputies responded around 8 p.m. Wednesday to a call about a man and woman, as well as a juvenile, getting into a physical confrontation because the juvenile threw away some unopened beer. The man was arrested on several charges, including cruelty to children.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
➤ Arrests
    ▲ Marshell R. Lee, 23, Johnson Lane — theft by deception, theft by receiving stolen property.
 
➤ Incidents
    ▲ Officers issued two traffic citations and one traffic warning and assisted one motorist Wednesday.
    ▲ HENDERSON LIBRARY — Statesboro and university police arrested a person on charges of theft by deception and theft by receiving stolen property around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday in reference to an incident that occurred in May.
