Police Report - 6-13-14; A woman told deputies of a suspicious mold or fungus in her yard.

➤ Arrests
    ▲ Jordan Ashley Foreman, 29, Teakwood Drive, Savannah — giving false information.
    ▲ Brandon Stallings, 19, street address unavailable, Baxley — simple assault, criminal trespass.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ JOHN’S PLACE — A man was arrested for assaulting a staff member around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. Around 10:30 p.m. the same day, a woman was charged with giving false information in an attempt to conceal the fact she was wanted on criminal charges in another county.
    ▲ STADIUM VIEW APARTMENTS — A couple called EMS around 6 p.m. Wednesday after their juvenile child slipped while bathing and ingested water. The child was conscious when police and EMS arrived, but was transported to the hospital for evaluation.
    ▲ MAPLEVIEW PERSONAL CARE HOME — Police responded around 6:20 p.m. Wednesday to a call about a physical altercation between two women older than 70 — a resident and the homeowner. The fight was over where the residential cat was allowed to eat.

    NOTE: Russell Roundtree Collins, 46, Upper Lotts Creek Church Road, as reported Wednesday as being arrested on several charges including theft by taking. According to the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office, the charge of theft by taking was dropped.
    ▲ Deleon Santell Cooper, 34, East Olliff Street — contempt of court (child support).
    ▲ Aubrey Elizabeth Sims, 33, Georgia Highway 119, Ellabell — marijuana possession.
    ▲ Jeffery James Taylor, 26, Eldora Road, Ellabell — marijuana possession.
    ▲ John Christopher Talley, 31, Eldora Road, Ellabell — probation violation.
    ▲ Lisa Marie Haynes, 34, Aycock Street, Portal — truancy.
    ▲ James Robert Kendrick, 33, U.S. Highway 80 East, Brooklet — hindering the apprehension of a criminal.
    ▲ Annie Elizabeth Kendrick, 32, U.S. Highway 80 East, Brooklet — hindering the apprehension of a criminal.
    ▲ Robert James Kendrick Jr., 27, Georgia Highway 119, Ellabell — possession of methamphetamine, felony theft by receiving stolen property.
    ▲ Linda Darlene Kendrick, 52, Georgia Highway 119, Ellabell — hindering the apprehension of a criminal.
    ▲ Jack Anthony Bragg, 34, Burkhalter Road — failure to register as a convicted sex offender.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ CARRINGTON DRIVE — A woman told deputies around 9 p.m. Wednesday of a suspicious mold or fungus in her yard that she said happens every year. She suspected it was caused by someone “being mean.”
    ▲ FIVE CHOP ROAD — A deputy spoke around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday with a couple arguing because the man smoked a marijuana joint. He said the woman slapped him. She said she was upset about the joint but slapped him when he pushed her.

    ▲ None reported Wednesday.
 
➤ Incidents
    ▲ Officers issued three traffic citations and two traffic warnings and assisted two motorists Wednesday.
    ▲ AUXILIARY SERVICES — Officers responded to a domestic problem around 11:25 p.m. Wednesday. The subjects involved were advised to go separate ways for the night and to contact police if there were any further issues.
