Police Report - 5-29-14; Deputies arrested a woman after she stabbed a man with tweezers.

    ▲ Kimberly Gresham, 21, Telephone Street, Thomson — driving without a license, failure to maintain lane.
    ▲ Everth Vasquez, 19, Rolling Acres, Metter — license requirements violation, no proof of insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana possession.

    ▲ FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS — A woman called police around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday because her children’s father was fussing at her while she tried to sleep.
    ▲ MIKELL STREET — A man and woman called police around 2:45 a.m. Tuesday because they argued. The man said the woman came at him with a knife and damaged household items, but she denied doing so.

    ▲ Belinda Hicks, 39, Rushing Street, Metter — probation violation.
    ▲ Leewatts Christopher Hunter, 44, R.L. Lee Road — obstruction, suspended license.
    ▲ Daniel Escamilla Mendez, 39, Dixon Grove Circle, Metter — suspended license.
    ▲ Wesley Alfonzo Murphy, 26, Garden District Apartments — contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ TRIPLE T ROAD — (Register) Deputies responded around 12:15 a.m. Tuesday to a domestic dispute over a man drinking and taking $10 from a woman’s wallet. She said he struck her as well, but he denied doing so.
    ▲ MARTIN SWENSON ROAD — (Ellabell) Deputies arrested a woman around 1 p.m. Friday after she stabbed a man several times with tweezers. They were arguing over a phone when the man looked for it on the couch and the woman’s dog fell off the couch. This made her angry and the fight ensued.
    ▲ EAST GEORGIA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER —(Statesboro) Deputies responded around 7:30 a.m. Saturday to a nurse’s call about a woman suffering injury. The victim said her boyfriend choked her in a car somewhere in Portal. She refused to give additional information about the incident.
    ▲ HIDDEN HILL SPUR — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies around 3:30 a.m. Sunday that her boyfriend choked and injured her in front of her juvenile children. He was arrested.
    ▲ MARIA SORRELL ROAD — (Clito) A woman told deputies about 5:30 p.m. Saturday that her neighbors were throwing dog feces in her yard. Deputies questioned the offenders and, after determining the feces did come from their yard, the offenders were cited. This was not the first time the complainant made similar calls to deputies over the matter.
    ▲ MUD ROAD — (Brooklet) A man and a woman both told deputies around 6:45 a.m. Saturday that they heard gunshots and saw a blue Jeep pass by their home, with occupants firing shots from the Jeep. Deputies did not locate the offenders.
